On land belonging to Pike Hall Farm (Mr Steve Sherratt, tel (reveal)). No right of way down the dale, but farmer willing to allow cavers access this way provided they use narrow double gated enclosure opposite Holly Bush Farm and avoid crossing roadside field containing riding arena & cattle pens. Please ensure the gates are not left open. Adit entrance is fitted with unlocked grill hinged at top. Nearby shaft has lid secured by hexagonal nut needing large spanner. Leave entrances secure..
